30g cacao butter
20g coconut oil
30g cacao powder
30ml sweetener (maple syrup, yacon or coconut nectar)
2-3 drops of vanilla extract
a pinch of mineral salt
Method
Break the cacao butter into pieces and gently melt using a bain marie, add the coconut oil.
Once melted, whisk in rest of ingredients
Pour into chocolate moulds & leave in fridge until set (a few hours)
